Welcome to dataBYdupwork. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Luminescent Analyst regarding your access to and use of our high-end data analytics platform.
By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Agreement
Scope of Access
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the analytical engine for internal business intelligence purposes only.
Uptime & Maintenance
We strive for 99.9% illumination availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance via the system dashboard.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Precision
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring that all data inputs meet our structural validation requirements.
Ethical Extraction
Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or high-frequency polling of the Luminescent API without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

Encryption Standards: All data in transit and at rest is protected using industry-leading AES-256 encryption protocols.
Audit Logs: Every query and data manipulation event is logged for security compliance and can be retrieved upon request by authorized administrators.

The "Luminescent Analyst" engine, including its proprietary algorithms, UI patterns, and visualization logic, remains the exclusive property of Luminescent Analyst. Users retain ownership of the raw data uploaded, while the system retains rights to anonymized metadata used for aggregate model training and platform optimization.

"The platform is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without warranties of any kind."
In no event shall dataBYdupwork or its IIT-led development team be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the analytical services.

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. dataBYdupwork and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
